The registration fee provides full participation in the conference, including registration materials, attendance in sessions, welcome event (Wednesday), daily breakfast, daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and the group luncheon (Thursday). Guest fees include participation in Wednesday's opening event and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.

​Regular Attendee Fee: $​​350.00 If registered after September 1, 2015

Refund Policy:
Requests for registration refunds will be honored if written or emailed notice of cancellation is received on or before October 1, 2015. A refund of 50% of the paid fee will be refunded for all attendee and guest fees by the registration deadline. No refunds will be honored for cancellations after October 1, 2015. To cancel your registration, email Brandi Berven (bcutshaw@utk.edu).

Special Needs:
Participants with special needs may be reasonably accommodated by indicating their needs in their registration form. Additional requests after registration will be reasonably accommodated by contacting Brandi Berven (bcutshaw@utk.edu) 30 days prior to the conference.

Q: "Where is my receipt/invoice?"
A: A receipt/confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not receive a confirmation, your registration is not completed.

 

Q: "What payment methods can I use?
A: You may pay with a credit card through the online registration link. You may also pay by check. University of Tennessee employees must pay by transfer voucher. For questions regarding paying by transfer voucher, please email Amy Stover (amstover@utk.edu).

Q. "Can I register more than one person at a time?"
A. Yes. You can register multiple attendees, if using the same form of payment.

 

Q: "My organization will not pay for guest fees, can I use multiple forms of payment on my registration?"
A.  Yes, You may pay with credit card and send a check for the remaining amount, or you may use two different credit cards. 

 

Q: "I need to cancel my registration, what are my options?"

A:  Guest registration includes the Wednesday night opening event and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.
 
 
Q. "What meals are included in my registration?"
A: Conference registration includes the opening event on Wednesday evening, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and all refreshment breaks.
 
 
Q. "Can I purchase Dollywood tickets when I make my hotel reservation?"
