   Hear National Experts Drs. Dini Miller (Virginia Tech) and Changlu Wang (Rutgers) discuss successful bed bug and cockroach management strategies in multi-unit structures.  Gain the Tennessee perspective from Dr. Karen Vail (UT) as she covers bed bug monitoring, watch Adam Williams and Lee Braddock (Johnson City Housing Authority) demonstrate the use of steam in an in-house bed bug management program and discover the industry perspective from Doug Bost (Orkin). Listen to Susannah Reese (Cornell University, NE IPM Center, StopPests in Housing) as she brings it all together in her presentation on IPM in Housing.

Housing managers, purchasing officers, and pest control, maintenance and other staff
Pest control company managers and technicians serving these and other communities (7 Tennessee recertification points for categories 7, 8, 10 and 12)
Community partners (personnel from charitable organizations; community action committees; furniture, garment and appliance rental or recycling vendors; homeless shelters; and depts. of health, parks and recreation, or transportation, etc.)

   Program - Registration opens at 7:30 am and the meeting starts at 8:30. Campus has been very congested with construction projects and rerouting of traffic.  We
                       suggest getting to campus by
7:30.

will get you close to the meeting site.
   Parking - Park in student lots CFN1 and C4. Obtain a parking permit from students standing nearby and place on your dashboard before heading to Hollingsworth
                      Auditorium.

   Lodging -
