One of the first steps in converting your recipie to a formula is determining the percentage of all ingredients on a weight basis.  Please use the linked excel spreadsheet below to get started.  Also keep in mind you need to take accurate measurements for this exercise to be worthwhile. Keep in mind that it is common to need to change your formula once you scale-up to production size batches.
