Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are regulations which apply to all foods manufactured and regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Tennessee Department of Agriculture (TDA).  These regulations can be accessed online in the Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR part 110.  All food manufacturers should become very familiar with the GMPs.  If you would like further training on adherence to GMPs Cornell University has an online class that can be accessed here:  http://gmptraining.dyson.cornell.edu/
